Marilyn is a Senior Human Resources Executive with over 30 years of experience.

Previously responsible for the total HR function of a global company with over 1000 employees, she is recognized as a successful and experienced leader with the proven ability to set up new business operations with a multi-skilled and diverse workforce.

She advised senior management and employees on compensation, benefits, staffing, performance management, EEO requirements, affirmative action, and training issues.

Marilyn has been active in the community as Chair of the Madison/Bond County Workforce Development Board, President of the SIUE Business Advisory Council, President of the Saint Paul School Board, Economic Development Commissioner for the City of Highland, Member of the Business Education Alliance, President of the Board of Directors of the Highland Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Friends of St. Joseph’s Hospital Leadership Council, and a Mentor for the City of Highland Entrepreneurship Program.

She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Metro East Illinois Human Resource Group.
